The Management of the Company “APC ADVANCED PLANNING –CONSULTING – BUSINESS CONSULTANTS S.R.O.“. considers Quality as a factor of primary importance, in order to ensure and maintain its customer base, to attract new customers and to establish itself in the market as a reliable provider of services in the consultancy sector of fisheries and aquaculture, rural areas and rural development in general.
For this reason, the company has undertaken the development, installation and implementation of an integrated Quality Management System (QMS ), in accordance with the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which it is committed to adhere to, with consistency and focus on the provision of products and services of consistent and recognized quality.
For our company, the concept of quality is included in its Strategic Objective, which is the continuous maintenance of high quality and reliability of the services provided, for consistent and continuous support of the needs and requirements of our customers.
This Quality Policy Statement of our Company is also a commitment to comply with National Laws, Community and regulatory directives etc., the requirements of the standard and the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the System. It applies to all levels of the Company, is communicated as appropriate to all personnel and is ensured to be applied at all levels, with the main purpose of creating awareness of the Principles and Philosophy of the System.
The responsibility for the implementation of this Quality Policy in conjunction with the operation of the Company’s Quality Management System is assigned to the Quality Management Officer (QMO), who is responsible for its implementation and maintenance, with the aim of continuous improvement.
The main objectives of the company’s Quality Management System are:
- The full coverage of the Customer’s needs and requirements as well as the timely and correct handling of any complaints.
- Speed and completeness in delivery.
From these objectives derive the Quality Objectives, which are set by the company’s Management, communicated to all personnel and monitored under the responsibility of the Quality Manager. The company is committed to providing all the necessary resources and means to achieve these objectives, which are set by the company each time.
The quantitative and percentage figures of these objectives and the degree of their achievement, together with the Quality Policy, are examined and evaluated by the Senior Management, within the framework of the planned reviews of the Quality Management System (QMS).
The company, through the unwavering commitment of both the Senior Management and the entire staff, to the adherence to the principles set out in this Quality Policy and, in general, to the entire scope of the company’s Quality Management System, looks forward to the continuous and stable development of its business activity, as a by-product of the satisfaction of its customers’ requirements and the continuous increase in the quality of the products and services provided by the company.
This Quality Policy is readily available to all relevant stakeholders.
